Fauquier Health's Jr. Chef program teaches students aged 10-18 how to cook healthy meals. The group, instructed by Bistro on the Hill executive chef James Wedderburn, meets once a month.  Classes are kept small so that the kids get lots of one-on-one attention.

Call 540-316-3588 or go to http://www.fauquierhealth.org/classes-and-eventshttp://www.fauquierhealth.org/classes-and-events if you have questions or to register. The next class will be Saturday, October 18. The cost for the three-hour class is $45.
