Young Chefs Show How It's Done at Bistro on the Hill

Fauquier Health is fortunate enough to have more than 300 volunteers who donate their time each year. During the summer months, that number swells by another 100 or so, as Junior Volunteers give two weeks of their summer vacation to helping the health system. 

Some of the most enthusiastic young volunteers spend their hours in the Bistro on the Hill, learning about cooking and nutrition. Three of these students, Nina Quiles, Tiana Ramos and Naa Sey, presented a cooking demonstration in the Bistro last Wednesday. 

They will be at it again next Wednesday, July 3 at 11:30 a.m., using produce from the Wednesday Warrenton Farmers Market (7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Hospital Hill) in their recipes.
