Superstorm Sandy caused cancellations of hundreds of American Red Cross blood drives along the East Coast, resulting in a shortfall of thousands of units of blood and platelets. Fauquier Hospital will host a blood drive in the Sycamore Room tomorrow, Nov. 13, from 1-5 p.m. The emphasis for this drive is on Type O blood, since that is the most in demand, but all are welcome to contribute.
Donate now, it's more important than ever.
